Chicken Pesto Roll up - another KV special

Take 1 chicken breast pound slightly to 1/8 inch thick ideally rectangle shape
Spread pesto and goats cheese and spinach
Fold in long sides of chicken
Roll up short end
Secure with toothpicks
Season with S&P
Bake at 375 degrees - 25 to 30 degrees
